We want everyone to be able to run their operation on Thruline. Accessibility is part of how we design and build the product.
We aim to make our websites and product usable by people of all abilities, including those who rely on assistive technologies. Accessibility is a continuous effort, not a one-time checkbox.
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we test against those success criteria as we build and release.
Some areas are still improving, and new features get an accessibility review before release. We conduct periodic audits with assistive-technology users and fold findings back into the product.
If you hit a barrier or have a suggestion, tell us at accessibility@thruline.co. We'll acknowledge your message and work with you on an accommodation.
