Thruline, Inc. ("Thruline", "we") provides an operations platform. This policy applies to our websites and product. When we process data on behalf of a customer as part of the product, we act as a processor under that customer's instructions and their agreement governs.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us and the information we need to run the service securely.
- Account data you provide, such as name, work email, and company.
- Usage data such as pages viewed, features used, and device and log information.
- Customer content you put into the product, which we process on your behalf.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, to communicate with you, to improve our products, and to meet legal obligations. We rely on legitimate interests, contract, consent, or legal obligation as the basis for each use. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content to train machine-learning models.
Sharing and disclosure
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, with your organization's administrators, and when required by law. A current list of subprocessors is available in our compliance materials. We may disclose information in a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
Data retention
We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. Customer content is retained per your agreement and deleted on request or after termination, subject to backup cycles.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If we process data as a processor, we'll route your request to the relevant customer.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, monitoring, and independent audits. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe. See our Security & Trust page for details.
